[TowerTalk] substitute for BMW Flex-disc ?

Hi All,

I am building another shock-dampener per 
Leeson's "Physical Design of Yagi Antennas"
and was rudely shocked at the price of BMW 
Flex-disc ...$74 !  Last one I bought was $40.

Does anyone know of a inexpensive alternative ?
