[TowerTalk] RE:BMW Flex-disc and HELP

Two things guys, in the first place, what is a Flex-disc? And
where is it usually installed in an auto?

Secondly, and this is out of desperation, does anyone know the
proper QSL manager for 3C0R? So far, I've found 3.
