[TowerTalk] buying a TRI Ex tower accessory...help

I was wondering if anyone had experience with the tilt over feature of the 
Tri Ex tower 70 foot tower. Is it very heavy to crank up to the vertical 
position?  (my antenna will be a Force 12   C4.)   I  presently own a U.S. 
Tower (55 ft.) but without a tilt over. I plan to purchase the Tri Ex from 
First Call  Communications  but would appreciate someones input other than 
First Calls pictures and photos they had sent me.
