       They've got lots of power but are only sort of useful for tower work. 
The problem is that the reels are smallish and they won't hold much cable. I 
think they come with 25-30 feet of big cable (might go to 50 feet - I'm going 
from memory here). Not enough for a hoisting line but might work to 
raise/lower a tower. 

      What kind of tower are you considering raising and lowering? How will 
you rig everything?
