I had a Mosley  once, and solved the problem by installing a HyGain 10/15 
duobander (w/NO traps), and a HyGain 4 element 20 mtr monobander (NO traps). 
The first time I used them after installation the SWR's were 1.1/1 to 1.4/1
on ALL frequencies within those bands. They're at 60 ft on a US Towers HDX555.
