[TowerTalk] Is the North arrow on surveyers plot plan mag. or tru North?

End all doubt...   go to the heavens above website (enter "Heavens Above" 
into your search engine of choice) and find out when high noon is for your 
area.  (central CT its 12:58ish).

Drive a stick in the ground and wait till high noon, the shadow is pointing 
to true north.  Compare this to your plot plan.
