[TowerTalk] Is the North arrow on surveyers plot plan mag. or tru North?

The north arrow indicates polar (true) north. Otherwise boundary surveys
would not be referenced to anything meaningful since the magnetic poles move
around. Great reference if you want your neighbors land sometime in the
future!
