[TowerTalk] Yaesu GX-800 trouble...

Folks,

I am trying to help a buddy trouble shoot a GX-800 rotator over the air
(ie I am not there to physically help him). He gets no reading on the
direction indicator. Can anyone tell me which pins I should have him
check to see if the variable resistor is working or not? Any common fail
modes for this type of problem on this rotator? I will be at this guys
place for IARU in the morning and I sure would like to help him get this
thing going.

Any help would be appretiated!!
