[TowerTalk] tailtwister problem

Sylvan,

It seems to me that there could only be a few things that could cause this.
Obviously, the pot would be the first thing to really inspect.  Maybe
something in the bell causes it to distort when put back together since it
seems to be ok when apart.  The only other thing I could think of would be
something in the bell pulling or rubbing on the wires as it turns, causing
intermittant connections or shorts.
