The C3SS is a very good design giving good gain with 
minimal windload and boomlength.

For safety, I would recommend a set of guys at the 30
ft level.  The anchors can be placed fairly close to the
tower since it is so short and the load is light.  Even
10 ft spacing is better than nothing.  Guys over the
roof could be attached to the eaves if anchored in
the structural supports.  Be sure to use closed eye
bolts.
