[TowerTalk] tri banders vs mono banders

In any stacking scheme with tri-banders (or 10 and 15 mono banders) placing
the lower antenna at 70'
(or above 40 to 50') is wrong.   Most of us have found that often working
Europe and South Anerica (from NA) is best on a lower antenna.
Especially if at the middle of the opening.    N4RJ found that 30' often was
best for SA  on 10.    W4AN had a TH6 at 45 feet fixed on Europe
at his old location.
