[TowerTalk] cute phrase

Saw this on one of the reflectors.

"I'm radiationaly challenged."

Could you use this argument under the 'Handicapped' rules.

Because I don't have a tower and big antennas my ability to radiate is
handicapped.
So by law you must change the regulations to allow me to have towers and big
antenna.

Sounds reasonable to me.

Let see, Johnny Cochran could say:
"No towers you permit, he can't emit"
"Towers you restrict, we can't permit"
