[TowerTalk] Dupe problem - update -

I thought I had already sent this out... but I guess not.

There have been some "timing" adjustments made to the contesting.com
mailserver to allow it to better work with other mailservers that don't
handle timeouts well.  This change was a universal change so it should even
help those that aren't on bellsouth.

I have contacted some bellsouth subscribers and they have indicated that the
dupe problem is gone.  I think that the problem has been fixed.  If not,
please email me direct with your issue.
