Hmm, easily is the operative word here. The answer is basically no. You
can use a comealong (cable puller) but it's kind of a pain with 25G. The best
thing to do is to make some temporary steps out of angle iron and U-bolts and
climb the mast using them when you need to go up the mast. Just remove them
on the way down the mast when you're done.
