[TowerTalk] soldering PL-259's

I use an 80 watt Weller soldering iron for 
PL-259's.  There is absolutely no comparison
between it and a 250 watt soldering gun.  
The iron conducts so much more heat that it
actually makes soldering PL-259's fun.

By the way, for clean braid, no pre-tinning
is required.  

I got my iron at my local True Value hardware
store.  I was $25-30.  I wish I had bought one
30 years ago.
