[TowerTalk] sag--->length in guy wires

While reading K6LL's adaptation of the sag formula I imagined myself sticking
my laser level on a guy wire just above the turnbuckle and seeing where it 
hits a "target" positioned halfway along and perpendicular to the wire. Seems
like this might be another way to measure the tension.
