[TowerTalk] Antenna Grease--Deficiencies and Remedies.

Two years ago I took down my 204BA after 23 years on top of the tower in 
Atlanta. All of the joint clamps had to be cut off because the screws were 
corroded. HOWEVER, all of the tubing joints came apart with a simple twist in 
my hands. I am not sure that I used Penetrox. I used the material supplied 
with the 204BA. A really great antenna. 

I have since put it back up on the tower near Savannah -- with Penetrox. I 
hope we both make it another 23 years!!
