I am trying to learn JAVA, PERL, CGI, LINUX and Ethernet all at the
same time for employment purposes, I figured adding learning EZNEC
to that might kill me! ;-) It is also my sense that many users
misunderstand
the EZNEC results, or mis-enter data, and end up having to get someone
more expert to run the numbers for them. I'm sure I would be one of them!
Besides, I already own the tower (need to swap an extra top section
for another straight section), and I own the Mosley. I will sell or swap
my T2X rotor and control for one of the Force 12 beams. I do not
anticipate a large additional expenditure.

How about the bottom wire 300 feet long (a 160m dipole/doublet) at 8 feet
and the wires 22 feet above it only 150 feet long and to one side? Your
test seems to obliterate your test dipole with a short antenna and long
wire above it -- my situation is the opposite.
The other option is I could move the NVIS and bend it at a right angle
at the corner of the property, 150 feet running S-N and 150 feet running
E-W (directions extending out from the feedpoint at the bend). I imagine
that will impact the NVIS pattern in interesting ways ... ;-)
