[TowerTalk] [Towertalk] Which way to stack? H or V

It seems like you can never fit all of the antennas you want on the
tower!
Here's my problem. I want to use (2) M2 2M12 antennas, and (2) M2
440-21ATV
With only 12' of mast available, they just won't fit! BUT, if I use an
"H" frame
and stack them Horizontally, I can fit the whole lot on the tower. The 2
Vhf at the top, with correct spacing, and the 2 UHF below, with correct
spacing. I have heard a few
guys say that horizontal stacking is better than vertical. Most of what
I have seen is just the opposite. I guess with H stacking the antenna
would be very narrow when "aiming", as compared to vertical stacking.


Any thoughts on this pro and con?
