[TowerTalk] antenna restrictions

Hello all,

As I recall, a couple of years ago the FCC made a ruling stating that TV
antennas and 3 foot dishes are OK.  Can anyone point me to where I can find
the real info on this.  I need to make a 'chapter and verse' copy of this
for a home owners meeting. 

The current board is trying to find a way to rescind the permission I was
granted by a previous board for my antennas.
