[TowerTalk] Termination resistor source

Mouser has ceramic composition resistors which are equivalent to
carbon comp in 1 and 2 watt values.  These are available in
values from 3.3 to 1 meg ohm.  They also carry thick film power
resistors which are non inductive and come in values from 0.1 ohm
to 2200 ohms.  Either would be suitable.
