[TowerTalk] Summary termination resistor sources

Being incredibly cheap, I simply scroung my big carbon resistors from old
TV sets. Our local TV shops are giving them away gladly. I yank off
resistors, caps, matching pairs of molex-like plugs, etc. Still (after 30
years) my best source of junk box parts.
