[TowerTalk] North? Use the Moon!

Go out on a night as tonight is (near 1st Quarter Moon).

Look up at the moon. The line dividing the light and
the dark of the moon is running exactly N-S! That
dividing line is called the "Terminator", same as
hear on our world.

Works every month, near the so called 1st quarter
moon, or when the moon's disk is about half illuminated.
Moon and Earth travel together about the Sun with both
our's and the moon's N and S poles nearly coincident in
pointing direction in space.

Simple to see where North is this way. Particularly accurate
this month as we are nearly at the "equinox".
