[TowerTalk] "Ham Tower" Accident - Followup No. 2

What difference does it make whether this was hams or CBers?  The 
implication is that "hams wouldn't have done something like this", ie we're 
all much too sophisticated and intelligent to do something like this...  
(oops, better think again!)  Plenty of idiots with tickets...
