I understood that a positioning lanyard has no stretch, which makes it a
poor choice for fall arrest service, since it will jerk you to a stop.
My plan was to get a full harness, the type with a D-ring in the back,
and attach two fall arrest lanyards there, with a positioning lanyard at
the waist.
