[TowerTalk] Jacking out a base

I did the electric jackhammer thing on a Triex years ago. It works OK, and
you do need to pull the remaining base up and out of the hole to finish it
off. Saved the rebar cage and reused it. It's still in the ground outside.
Took about 5 poeple rotate the work time.
