[TowerTalk] closeness to commercial building roof top

We are considering mounting a 10m-40m yagi on the top of a commercial
building.  The roof is about 60' above the ground level.  We want our
antenna at 70', so a single 10' tower section is all that is needed above
the roof, but I am a little concerned about that being too close to the
roof and getting some interaction.  Any thoughts on that?  Thanks, Pete
