[TowerTalk] closeness to commercial building roof top

It it is placed at the edge of the roof, it should act like
a 70 ft high antenna when pointed away from the building.  

When aimed over the roof (assumed flat), if the 5-30 degree
reflections intersect the roof, it will probably act like a 10 ft high 
antenna.  Sorry.

I suspect some DXpeditions have fallen victim to this scenario.

(This assumes the roof contains continuous metallic structual
members.)
