Hi all...I think I read somewhere, don't have any idea where, that putting in
a ground rod in this manner in certain types of soil will actually minimize
its effect. The consensus was that the water and action of the rod in and out
tended to make a "sleeve" around the rod. I know the idea works, but cant
help thinking I saw that somewhere. Maybe in clay soil or something like
that. Only a thought/\.....Sure beats hammering tho....Al/W8FAX
