During the month of May Rotating Tower Systems has changed hands. The
new owner is Paul Nyland, K7PN of Welches, Oregon. Paul is the owner of
Custom Metal Works, which provides amateurs with professionally built
tower components, antenna side mounts, and custom built Yagi antennas,
and provides professional tower erection and antenna installation
services. Paul is no stranger to rotating towers. He has installed some
of the most aggressive rotating tower installations in the US and is
acknowledged by all his customers as providing expert tower installation
services and quality built components. 

	The hallmark of Rotating Tower Systems has been to provide the
best-designed and built tower accessories for amateur radio towers that
enable unparalleled flexibility and value. This also includes structural
engineering services by its prior owner and founder Dick Weber, PE,
K5IU.  These services included structural analysis and design of
installations by Dick who is a Professional Engineer with multiple
mechanical engineering degrees. He not only designed and built rotating
tower components to strict structural requirements and standards, but he
also provided structural analysis and design services to rotating tower
owners to ensure installations was structurally sound, met all building
codes, and provided robust structural integrity for unlimited years of
service life. Paul and Dick have an agreement to continue this service
to new rotating tower customers.
