So, you want details?

The tower is a 120' Rohn 55 guyed at 115 and 70. The legs are 18" on a face.

The side mount is integrated into a Rohn TA-55 torque assembly and consists of a 10 foot mast
with an Orion rotator at the bottom and a thrust bearing at the top.

There is 30" clearance between one of the 10 meter directors and one of the 15 meter directors
at the mast mount point and that's not enough to clear those directors from touching the tower at an
early stage of rotation. I forgot the numbers of the elements. You need 50" to clear everything.

I'm not sure because I have not tried this but a Rohn 25 _might_ clear.
Agreed that a TIC ring might work but first I'm looking into the alternative of modifying the
C31 so it has the required 50" clearance by "stretching" the boom.
You _do_ have a boom stretcher, don't you? ;-)

"It's only money". I had no idea of what I was getting into - all I ever wanted to do was work a little dx.

Hope this makes things clearer.
