Most firms that sell to radio amateurs are small businesses (that includes
HRO, AES, and even MFJ).
I understand what happens when all the phone lines are tied up and someone
wants to gab.  Give Gerald
a break as he is just as frustrated as we are and sales help is hard to
find.
