Or when the owner realizes that the team-building that would have
occurred in a lower cost group construction of the station was the
now-totally-absent first step of building a multi-multi team.

When I helped build stuff at W4BVV, it was Tom's station, but I felt I
had a stake in it. You couldn't keep me away for the big contests.

Probably the best blend of money and help is to buy the hot rigs to
operate, and let the gang help construct everything else.
