Right Tom. The only insult going on these day's is that we call the antenna
a Yagi. It is a Yagi-Uda. Invented solely by Dr. Yagi's student, Mr. Uda and
popularized/published by Dr. Yagi as the Yagi-Uda antenna.
All early publications referred to it as such, and I'm sure when it was
shortened, the inventor was not forgotten. I doubt if today's generation
ever heard the name Uda.
Maybe we should resurrect the name in some way, out of respect.
