Don't do it. Rohn 20G is TV tower and has very little torsional
resistance and section strength due to less diagonals than 25G. Rohn is very
specific in saying "the 20G tower is not recommended for commercial, ham, CB
or guyed installations".
BTW, Hernando County is a 105 MPH windspeed zone. I don't see anything
in the Rohn info that leads me to believe that 20G will survive anything
close to that windspeed. What are you proposing to put on top of this
sub-adequate structure? Anything larger than a TV antenna or 2M beam isn't
approved at any windspeed.
