[TowerTalk] Insulated wire in dipoles -- results

Thanks to AD3Q and others who responded.  Gene pointed me to K1VR's
excellent summary at http://www.qth.com/ka9fox/thhn_wire_sum.txt.  While
some of the information is mutually contradictory -- surprise! -- the most
credible seems to indicate that a 2 percent reduction in length is at least
a starting point.
