Hi Mike, the twentieth edition of Bill Orr's handbook has an antenna for 160m or
80m using 300 ohm twin lead and the length is listed as 234/frequency. The book
also
lists a 180 ft inverted L single wire antenna with a 250 pf in series for 80m
and its
shorted out for 160m. Hope that helps.
