[TowerTalk] Ladder Line Inverted-L ???

Some time ago, I read an article about a dual band 160/80 M inverted-L made
from 450 ohm window line.  As I recall, it was 180', and was resonant on 160
with a series cap switched in for 80.  Does anyone use one of these or know
where the article came from?  It was probably QST but could have been in CQ.
I need the details that I can't recall.
