HI Tony,

I'm not familiar with the 3M product. I've been using a Liquid Electrical
Tape produced by Star brite in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I use it to cover the
screw heads, nuts, and exposed screw thread on my antennas. The Star brite
product has worked very good for keeping all of the corrosion off the joined
parts. It is especially good where my balun wire lugs connect to the screws
through the aluminum elements.

If you use the 3M product, let us know what you think of it in a few years.

Home Depot has a product from 3M called Electrical Coating". Is that the
same as liquid electrical tape? Want to use it to coat the insulators on a
Force12 antenna.
Tnx
Tony
