My experience with the MFJ259 parallels Carlos'
I was very happy until a 10kw BC station on 1620kHz moved in less than 1 1/2
miles away. It blows out the 259 on all the lf measurements.

I did get an MFJ 731(another $90) which helps considerably but only good for
low impedance measurements due I guess to the limited Q of the trap but
still a reasonable solution to keeping my measurements going.
