The 4-sq consists of 4  1/4 wave wire verticals each with 36 radials.
Three of the verticals are full height (around 68 feet); the fourth has
4 feet of wire bent in toward the tower along the support rope.  I could
not get a tie point for the support rope high enough or far enough to
allow  the fourth vertical to be full size.

I use one of the wonderful COMTEK boxes made by Jim Miller, K4SQR
to feed the array.  Of any antenna I have ever put up it gave the most
improvement over what I had before (inverted v's at 100') and is a delight
to use.  My wife Mary, N8DMM did the hard work.  She installed all the
ground radials.  Many of them had to be threaded through the
Blackberries.
