[TowerTalk] hardwired 20M stack

One solution to the hardwired stack with fixed
lower antenna is to have a GOOD  Tribander
that rotates 360 degrees on a separate 40 ft tower.

Use the stacks on Europe / JA and the Tribander
for Africa / SA / Carib.  Another tribander for
the Pacific is a good idea if you have a place for one.
