[TowerTalk] true north vs magnetic

When you put the antenna up,
place the antenna, with control indicator due north,
and the antenna pointing 12 degrees east of the due north compass heading.

This will point the antenna TRUE north, which will be 12 degrees east of 
magnetic north.

All software and map directions will be fine.  Your calc, if I understand, 
is correct.
