[TowerTalk] Boom to Mast Fixture

Thanks for the response fellows. As follow-up to the PVRC concept, your
comments about the initial connection to the middle of a tower section would
be appreciated, any thoughts?

Using back-to-back tower base plates with a pipe welded in between would
work well with the PVRC mount, but to grab the tower in the middle of a
section requires a little more dialog.
