    Well, my preference is to put the largest antenna on the bottom since 
they invariably require the most maintenace. Having it on the bottom just 
makes it easier for removal and re-installation. (Not that this particular 
antenna is inclined to have problems.)

    Having the 40M antenna up another 15 feet is only about 11% of a 
wavelength so I don't think it's going to make any dramatic difference in its 
performance by being 11% higher. 

    OTOH I would be really interested to hear about how each scenario came 
out in a computer modeling exercise.
