[TowerTalk] Pennant rx ant

Towertalkians,

Forgive the mentally electrically challenged.  I have built a point fed
pennant as per the recent article in QST.  However, it receives like a dummy
load even with preamp.  I think I have a problem with the toroid
transformer.  I think I may have been unable to interpret the winding
instructions properly.  All else seems fine.  Can someone head me in the
right direction?  Thanks for any assist.
