[TowerTalk] More on verticals over salt water

K5KG asked a question yesterday.  I have a related question.  I will be 
operating as XE3/W0AH the coming week and during the CQWW Phone.  I am 
mounting an old Hygain 18AVQ vertical on a dock about 10 or 20' out from 
shoreline over the Carribean and using two 25' pieces of 1' wide copper braid 
in the water for my ground.
Here's my question.  I can mount the vertical from about 2' above high tide 
to perhaps 10' above high tide.  Is higher better?  Would it make any 
difference?
