    Yessireebob. Also known as Liquid Electrical Tape. It's advertised as UV 
resistant. 

    This is a better coating over electrical joints like coax connectors than 
ScotchKote which, as mentioned recently, is NOT UV resistant: it was designed 
for buried connections.
