[TowerTalk] re-cabeling a crank-up

My US Tower, 72 foot crank up tower needs to have the cables replaced.  I
have two problems:  One, because of growth around the tower, I can no longer
crank it down.  But more important, I'm just too old to work on the darn
thing anymore.  I'm willing to pay to have someone help me but I don't know
where to find someone.  Does anyone know of someone in the RI area who could
help?
