[TowerTalk] Side arm loading

Gentlemen,

In the past, the point has been brought up that Rohn includes 8.0 square
feet of windloading
for three symmetrically placed side arms on 45G and 55G tower (12.0
square feet on 65G).
In the Rohn catalog they print this in the 'General Notes' in the guying
detail information with
each tower. My question is do these figures also count for self
supporting towers of 45G, 55G
etc in addition to guyed towers, meaning can you add 8.0 square feet to
a Rohn SS structure
if you use no side arms?
